How It Went
The October 2025 workshop was a pivotal moment for the Digital Nomad Villages project. Around 25 investors from across Italy joined us for three days, showing tangible interest in the opportunities that Collescipoli and Umbrian villages can offer.
The event kicked off on Friday afternoon with an informal meet-up, followed by a full agenda on Saturday featuring guided property tours, including a visit to the Conventino, a monastery of high historical value. We showcased both turnkey apartments and buildings that require more substantial renovation work.
Throughout the tour we were accompanied by Giuseppe Rogari from the Astrolabio Association, who enriched the experience with stories about the village. The morning wrapped up with a tasting of Collescipoli gnocchetti, the local specialty, at La Genga restaurant, a highlight for all participants.
In the afternoon, inside the historic hall of the Town Hall—formerly the village prison—we hosted three core presentations on Airbnb, digital nomads and real-estate investments 2.0. The atmosphere was collaborative and high-level, with many questions and valuable exchanges of ideas and feedback. The BAC Association took part in the session and supported us with the organisation. The day ended with a traditional dinner at trattoria L'Articolo, creating another great networking moment.

Investors need a turnkey property management solution. Being assertive on this front is essential to remove barriers to purchase—they don't want to worry about who will manage the asset afterwards.
